Materials

Paint Shop Pro: In this tutorial I used PSPX2, but it can do in any version.
Filters: Filter Factory Gallery A(Sabers Explosion One) & K(Magic 14 & 15),
you can find it here.
Pattern: zilverbean
Gradient: ep-silvergradient (made by me).
Ding Font: Ornamental Corners
Picture: Paul Newman
All supplies can be here.

Ok Lest Begin!!!!

1.- Open Paul Newman picture.
Window>duplicated and close the original.

2.- Image>Add Borders>2 pixel, color #e7e5fb.

3.- Image>Add Borders>50 pixel color white.
Activate magic wand and select the border.

4.- Effects>Filter>Filter Factory Gallery A>Sabers Explosion One,
with this settings:

5.- Selection>Invert
Effects>3D effects>Drop Shadow with this settings


Repeat drop shadow changing H&V to minus 5(-5).
Select>Select None.

6.- Repeat step 2.

7.- Image>Add Borders>40 pixel, color white.
Select border with magic wand.

8.- Effects>Filters>Filter Factory Gallery K>Magic 15 with this settings:

Adjust>Hue and Saturation>Colorize=0(zero) in both settings.

9.- Repeat step 5.

10.- Repeat step 2.

11.- Image>Add Borders 30 pixel color white.
Select border with magic wand.

12.- Effects>Filters>Filter Factory Gallery K>Magic 14, with this settings:

Adjust>Hue and Saturation>Colorize=0(zero) in both settings.

13.- Repeat step 5.

14.- Repeat step 2.

15.- In the Materials Palette select zilverbean for the foreground
and gradient ep-silvergradient in foreground.

16.- Open in your workspace font ding Ornamental Corners.
Activate text tool with this settings: Size=300 pixel, Antialias Smooth checked,
stroke width=2 pixels, Create as vectorial and write letter "h".


17.- Layers>Convert to a raster layer.
Effects>3D effects>Drop Shadow with this settings:


18.- With layer corner high light.
Layers>duplicate.
Image>Mirror.
Layers>Duplicate
Image>Fip
Layers>Duplicate
Imagen>Mirror.

19.- Layers>Merge>Merge visible.

20.- Image>Resize
Width=430, Hight=500 pixel.
Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpness.
