Paint Shop Pro X, but this will work in any version.

Tubes: Witch tube was made by me with Poser
and the others recived through Yahoo groups.
Font: LDWitchy
Download supplies:
Open all the supplies in the PSP workspace.
1.- Open a blank canvas 600x600 px, flood fill background layer with white, it let to see all that we are doing. Rename background.
2.- Pick two colors from the witch tube, I am using black #000000 for the background and red #ab0000 for the foreground.
3.- With the preset shape tool with this settings: Shape: Elipse, Antialias:checked, Created as a vector, Type line: solid, width:20, foreground: black: background: nule, hold down the shift key and draw a perfect circle of 500x500px, starting at 154-154, like as the below image.

Objects, Align, center in canvas.
Convert to a raster layer, with the magic wand select the inside of the circle.
Selections>Modify>Expand 10px and minimize this image.
4.- Open a new blank canvas 500x500 px, flood fill with a gradient, Linear, Angle=0, Repeat=0, invert:checked.
5.- Effects, texture effects, canvas coarse texture with settings in the below image.
6.- Effects. Filter Brush Strokes/Angled Strokes with this settings: Direction Balance:50, Stroke Length:5, Sharpness:3.
Edit, repeat Angles Strokes three times.
Effects Simple Filter Pizza Slice Mirror.
With the selections tool, shape elipse, hold down the shift key draw a perfect circle, begining in the center of image, like the image below.
Edit copy and close this image.
7.- Go back to the work space, Layer, new raster layer, layer arrange move down, edit paste into selection. Selections, Select none.
8.- Active layer 2, with the magic wand select the circle border.
Effects, texture effects, weave with the settings below.
Keep the selection.
9.- Open the witch tube, Edit copy, go back to the workspace, edit paste as new layer.
Image resize, 75% all layers unchecked.
With the erase tool, eliminate all the tube part that is out of the circle, except the hat part, see the image below.

Selections, select none.
Effects, 3D effects, Drop Shadow with this settings:
Horizontal & Vertical 3, Opacity=100, Blur=2, color:black.
10.- Activate the layer 2, with the magic wand select inside the circle.
Layer, new raster layer.
Effects, 3D effects, cutout, with the next settings:
Layer, new raster layer, and repet the cut out, changing horizontal and vertical
to minus 5 (-5).
Layer, meger down and merge cutout layers with circle layer.
11.- Make active the background layer, Layer, new raster layer, flood fill
this layer with the gradient with the same settings in step 4.
12.- Layer, new mask layer, from image and find the BeckyMask036, invert unchecked, source luminance checked.
Layers merge group.
13.- Layer new raster layer, flood fill again with the gradient, invert checked.
14.- Layer, new mask layer, from image, NightAngelDesigns_10, source luminance checked, invert mask data: checked.
Layers, merge group.
15.- Open the flower tube, Edit copy, close the flower.
Go back to the workspace, Edit paste as new layer, see the image above
for right ubication.
Layer duplicate, and put it in the extreme side.
Apply Drop Shadow if you want.
16.- Open the tube gato 1, edit copy, close the tube.
Go back to the workspace, edit paste as new layer and place it over
the left side of the witch.
17.- Open the tube gato 2, Edit copy, close de tube.
Go back to your workcanvas, edit paste as new layer, see the above image for right ubication.
18.- Active the text tool, Font: LD Witchy, size=48, Stroke=1, foreground=red
background=black and write your name.
Effects, 3D effects, Drop Shadow, H & V=2, Opacity=100, Blur=2, Color=black.
19.- Layer merge visible and save as JPG.
